A team of Honor Health Network

Software built beside the people who use it.

HonorLabs is the internal technology team of Honor Health Network. We design, build, and maintain the tools our agencies depend on — the scheduling views, the reports, the quiet integrations that keep a day of care moving.

We build for our own colleagues, not for a market. Every tool here has a name attached to it and someone down the hall who needs it to work.

Where our work shows up

Agency operations

Scheduling, staffing, and the daily coordination work

Reporting & compliance

Recurring reports assembled once, not re-keyed each month

Systems that talk to each other

Integrations between the platforms our agencies already run

Notifications people trust

Alerts and digests that arrive on time and mean something

What we build

Three kinds of work, one goal.

Give the people doing the care fewer reasons to fight their software.

Internal tools

Purpose-built applications for the workflows our agencies run every day — shaped around how the work actually happens, not how a vendor assumed it would.

Automation & reporting

The recurring, manual, error-prone parts of operations — gathered, checked, and delivered on a schedule so a person doesn't have to rebuild the same spreadsheet every month.

Integrations & data plumbing

Connective work between the systems our agencies already depend on, so a record entered once stops needing to be entered again somewhere else.

How we work

Close to the work, careful with the data.

  1. Start where the work happens

Before anything gets built we sit with the team that will use it. The first version answers a real complaint from a real shift.

  2. Ship small, ship often

Narrow releases that reach people in weeks, then improve with what we learn. Long silent projects are how internal software goes wrong.

  3. Privacy and security by default

We work inside a health network. Access is scoped to the people who need it, data is collected only where it serves the task, and sensitive information never leaves systems built to hold it.

  4. Maintain what we ship

We stay responsible for our tools after launch — patched, monitored, and supported by the same team that wrote them.

How we use email

Our tools send notifications, operational messages, and scheduled reports to the people who use them. We publish exactly what we send, who receives it, and how anyone can stop receiving it.
